Located in Scarborough's historic Old Town, The Loft by the Bay puts you right in the middle of a lovely neighbourhood full of charm. A quick walk takes you to the lively harbour, where you can watch the fishing boats and check out some great seafood restaurants, cafes, and classic pubs. The famous Scarborough Castle, with its amazing views, is also close by. If you like shopping, try the indoor market a stones through away with fresh produce and artisan shops where you can find souvenirs or browse local crafts. The place is also close to the beautiful South Bay beach, a perfect spot for a relaxing day by the sea. This neighbourhood has a mix of history, culture, and seaside charm, making for a really memorable experience.

Book Your Stay

ONLINE CHECK IN FORM - Before your arrival information is released, you will be asked to complete an online check-in form.

PETS - A maximum of two dogs are permitted, with no access allowed to the upstairs area or furniture. Puppies or dogs under 18 months of age are not allowed. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property. Guests are required to promptly remove any dog waste, and failure to do so upon departure will result in a £50 penalty charge. EV CHARGING - Please note that electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the premises. Any unauthorised charging will incur a surcharge of £150.00. We can provide guidance on the nearest public EV charging points upon request. CLEANING - Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout their stay. A cleaning fee will be applied if the property is left excessively dirty. ADDITIONAL GUESTS - Overnight stays for additional guests are not permitted without prior approval from the host. BROKEN/MISSING ITEMS - We kindly request you report any broken items during your stay. You are responsible for any damages incurred. Prompt reporting ensures timely repairs or replacements. Failure to report damages or missing items on your departure may result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us maintain our space for future guests. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS - If any personal items are left behind after your stay, we are happy to assist in returning them. However, please note that a handling fee of £20 will be charged in addition to the cost of postage.
